Description

This trail goes through a number of alpine meadows that see a lot of summer growth so during the first part of the year the trail may be hidden. Look out for cairns to guide your way and also use the app on your phone to help make sure you are on the correct trail. Come fall, the route becomes more obvious and easier to follow.

This is a classic high alpine ride that does you besides some amazing peaks and lakes. In the higher alpine reaches the trail does get rocky and harder to ride, but a couple challenges won't take away from the trail as a whole.

Riding the trail does mean a lot of hike-a-bike, but the views are great and you are rewarded with a descent down the Norton Creek - Prairie Creek Trail.

Lots of great views on this trail.
