Best between October and April due to sand and lack of shade.

Description

This is a challenging drop in and climb out of the Hardtrigger drainage. The trail sees moderate use but can be hard to follow at times due to wild horse traffic creating trail braiding near the water guzzler. Do your best to stay on the main route otherwise they all tend to end up at the right spot.

The climb out is very steep in sections and the creek crossing is a mandatory hike-a-bike.

Sketchy trail at some points, great views at others. Pink wildflowers in early April!
