This is one of the go to shuttle routes in Tucson. A nice, fast, techy 2.5 mile stretch with no climbing. It can be busy during fall color change and on hot weekends. Watch for hikers.

Park in the parking lot at the very top and head down the dirt access road for the Ski Lifts. There is a little shack just past the Ski Lifts. The trail starts right there by the shack. It's a very well worn in trail with a small metal sign marking the start. The trail then heads down for about a mile and a half. Turn right at the only junction, which is Turkey Run Road. It will then take you right into Summer Haven. Overall, it's a very easy trail to follow.
