Description

One of the nicest of the fire roads in Lemonster State Forest, Paradise Ally is a right hand turn off of Rocky Pond Road and roll downhill, along an increasingly rough, and fun fire road. As the trail flattens out, it rolls past The Pit.

The Pit is an area with several large, steep sided hole in the ground, presumably left by the removal of an old foundation. There are small trails that roll down the steep sides of The Pit and up the other. The Pit is an excellent place to learn to handle steep rolling drops, or just mess around for a half an hour.

After The Pit, the fire road deteriorates to the point of being a trail. It rolls down the steep side of a hill, heading towards the water level of Paradise Pond, then climbs back up a hill and heads towards the end of Paradise Ally.
