Good mix of switch back ups and downs.

Description

At the Ranger/SOS split, stay right to the Crazy Stain/SOS split. With enough speed you can clear the small kicker on the left, otherwise stay right onto SOS.

This loop has a good mix of switch back ups and downs. The short downhill run to the powerlines is superb! A typical resting point is under the powerlines with views of the lake on the right and BCWT on the left.

After a slight decline under the powerlines turn left into the woods and under the PitBull run jump structure (watch your head). Now begins the almost 1/2 mile of switch back climbs out of SOS and back onto the Ranger main loop.

Part of the Big Cedar Wilderness Trails.
