Description

This trail in Cloudland Canyon State Park's Five Points Trail System is best ridden from the central hub in the middle of mountain bike area. Although it generally follows the contour, it is NOT a flow trail. Slickenslide is an exciting ride full of machine-made berms and table-tops featuring options for your perusal. If you don't like catching at least a little bit of air, this trail is not for you.

The rider should be warned that the berms and table-tops on this trail are constant from the beginning at the hub all the way to the Fugget Lift Trail at its end. Some of the berms are great for making a nice little zig-zag line, some are there for speed control, and others are there just because everyone needs to breathe. The table-tops provide either a jarring experience or fun jumps, depending on your skill level.

If you're a hard-core mountain biker, you do not want to miss this trail. If you're a beginner, you won't get yourself killed on it, but you may not enjoy it as much as a more skilled colleague. This trail can be easily bypassed by taking the easy Cloudland Connector Trail to the Fugget Lift Trail.
