Description

One of the nicer trails in the park, the Upper North Red trail follows the edge of the Hunters Creek Ravine, beginning and ending at the Old Road Trail.

The trail starts at intersection 27 just above the worst park of the erosion on the old road trail. The trail follows the edge of the ravine with nice views down the hill to your right. After passing intersection 28 (the start of the Lower North Red trail), this trail stays on the edge of the ravine by heading left until it reaches the pipeline. Here, the trail doubles back and parallels the pipeline until it ends at the Old Road Trail.
