One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.

Description

Start along the Coronet Water Race at the bottom of Morning Glory. More flow and jumps takes you into a pine forest for a little while. On a sunny day it's almost like going into the dark.

Once at the bottom you can pick up the Wharehuanui trail or ride out to the end of the road to Malaghans Rd. Coronet Peak offers a shuttle pickup at this point during the season. You can pre-arrange a shuttle ahead of time (recommended), or just show up on the hour and hope they show up and also have room.
