Overview

A great mix of rock features and unique maneuvers make this figure-8 loop a Phases must.

Need to Know

Early season, this trailhead may be inaccessible due to snow, and be aware of mud when it starts to melt out.

Description

Park at the new TRHD near the Fraser River access. Climb towards Salad Spinner and wind your way up some super tight switchbacks. Climb to the start of Fruit Loop (the lower section is the re-routed section). Descend Fruit Loop to Salad Bowl and head back down. There are a bunch of rock rolls and other fun options on slabs and boulders throughout the ride.
