Features Views

This trail exists as mapped, but is undergoing improvements described below (as of April 2024).
Will be closed when wet! Will have several spots that hold water, and 2 creeks that will be flowing.

Need to Know

This trail system has little to no cell reception. The further away from your car you get, the more remote in becomes. Do not get hurt, because the parking lot is the closest thing to civilization out here.
Please do not block the boat ramp. Stay away from the oil wells.

Description

Entrance to the trail will be off the paved road instead of off the old dangerous downhill entrance. After that, it will be an old wide doubletrack all the way until it dead ends at an old oil well on top of the hill. It rolls through the woods, and in some areas through a meadow. It does have a steep, rocky section on the hillside.
