Description

Drop Bear is accessed via the trailhead at the north side of the 'Pump Hill' trails. It shares its entry with Longshanks but forks to the right a few metres in. Word is that drop bears inhabit straight sections of track, so this trail is all about corners. The trail is suitable for beginner to intermediate riders, but even experienced riders will enjoy its tight corners and natural berms that create a flowy, non-stop ride to the bottom. Riders will have their cornering, braking and bike manoeuvring skills put to the test as this trail only rides better and faster once you connect all the elements.

Locals Tip: This trail rides like a dream when the soil is tacky and grippy.
