As of 2023 this trail is only accessible from the West Magnolia side and has a hard closure at Deadman's Gulch.

The trail through Tolland Ranch winds through high above Nederland though a lush pine forest with amazing view points of Eldora, the Indian Peaks and Corona Pass. This trail was designed with bikes in mind with great flow, perfect turns and grades that are both manageable to climb and fun to descend. In an usual twist, the price of entry is higher than the trail itself, as you'll need to climb up 3 miles and almost 1000 feet from West Magnolia to access it.

The entire length of trail is almost 5 miles but the high point is about 2.5 miles in and offers great views and a nice turn-around spot.
