This older trail from the 90's makes one leg from the upper part of the park to the lower section easier to traverse. The trail is basically flat, except that the elevation changes. Cuts out the nasty climb on orange when heading from west to east, or makes for a fast downhill run as it's fairly straight.
Completely wooded, there are a couple of sections that can be damp in the spring/late fall, but nothing that you sink into.
