Description

The trail starts at the mouth of a small canyon, accessed via the Foothills trail. From the start the trail climbs at a decently steep grade, parallel with the canyon bottom. About mid-way up the trail, there is a somewhat challenging rock feature. Most will have to hike-a-bike here, but it is a short hike. The rock is completely roll-able for the downhill, but caution should be taken because a fall would likely result in a tumble to the bottom of the canyon (which isn't too far below, but is very rocky). Not far past the rock is a junction with the trail Rumble. The trail continues to climb until it meets its end at the start of the John Henry trail, and the junction with the Mahogany trail.
