Description

This trail is carved into the recently logged section off Whiskey Run Road. You can access Papa Wheelie from Copperhead Road: there are two entrances about 30 feet apart for connecting trails in different directions of travel. The trail rolls through a beautiful fern-lined forest with alders and moss, it crosses a dirt logging road shortly after and then you enter into the clear cut.

Loop can be ridden in either direction for a short, fun, and sunny experience. Great for the kiddos and easy enough to follow and access on the new Eastern side of the Whiskey Run Trail System. Gets dusty in the summer.

For a great experience, climb up Copperhead Road and loop around Meadow Skipper, then descend down Copperhead Road all the way to Papa Wheelie for a mirrored loop. Who likes lollipops?
