Description

The road is a short spur that is unremarkable except it leads you to a good view of Carrizo Canyon. If you look over the edge of the canyon, you'll see a white slab in the creek bed. There are dinosaur tracks in the slab.

You can walk to the south and down the hill to the dinosaur tracks. On the way, you'll walk over a wall of stones...don't disturb them...they are part of a game trap system.

Turning to the west, the wall leads to the edge of the canyon which is a game jump where Native Americans harvested big horn sheep.

Take time to do the short hike.
