Either direction will leave the rider gripping their brakes. Be especially careful as just about halfway down, when you are going your fastest, there is a rather large log down. If you know how to handle it and see it coming, then you'll be good. But at this point, it is very much a feature of the trail.

Both directions go down and then require a rather arduous uphill pedal. Also, it's easy to achieve high speed here, so only take this if you are very confident on steep, rooty, and rocky singletrack.
