Overview

Good viewpoints, two caves, and a cool rock formation make this trail the complete Kodachrome experience.

Description

The trail starts off behind the horse stables, and it is evident that the trail is mostly used by horses and hikers. Fairly wide and smooth, the first turn off is for Panorama Point, which is a pretty steep incline. After returning to the main trail, it is mostly flowy, although rain has washed out most of the bottoms of the descents, sometimes forcing you to slow down just enough that you actually have to pedal back up on the other side!

The northwest corner has a cool cave, actually named "Cool Cave," which makes a good spot to take a breather. On the way back, there is one more cave called "Indian Cave" (not really a cave) and a nice rock formation called "Ballerina Spire." Trail is easily accessed by anyone staying in the park. There is also a parking lot right across the road.

This trail is very fun! I walked a lot of the washed out sections; each walk took about 30 seconds. They are rideable but some tight turns and steep 5.9mi
