First 1.5mi is decent singletrack with a couple of sort-of-technical spots, + a side trail with built features. After that, meh unmarked doubletrack.

Started off easy enough but the trail comes up out of the trees and I ended up riding portions of gravel road rather than trail. It's not well marked
