Description

This path is part of the Rodalben tour in the Naturpark Pfälzerwald. This portion of the trail takes you between the outskirts of Leimen and Johanneskreuz. True to its name, the trail passes through the dense forest of the Pfälzerwald. (Wald is German for forest).

This forest road follows the Schwarzbach Creek most of its route but is otherwise unremarkable. There is a small lake, Weiher, which offers the possibility for a swim if you like.
