Description

You'll continue to climb after the split with Deadman's Cave. After peaking, you're greeted with serious rocks, including large, loose pieces. Navigate this section carefully. It's not too treacherous or long.

Once you clear the rocky section at the top of the drop, you'll have a mostly (but not entirely) smooth drop on washed-out doubletrack/ATV trail. It's a steady descent and you can pick up considerable speed. This mapped trail ends at a four-way split with options to continue along Nicomodes Gulch or turn on to Limekiln Creek and head back up.
