Description

This short section of singletrack can be ridden in any direction, but riding it from the ridgeline into Fort Stanton proper will be much more fun. This trail can be accessed off of the Buffalo Soldier Trail when doing the No Man's Land loop. A trail marker labelled Deer Valley marks the beginning of this fun descent. Follow the trail down the ridge. A bit over half way down the ridge, the trail will become steep and slick, so pay attention and be careful.
