Watch out for uphill travel from hikers as this is a multi-use trail.

The entry point is located at the top of the Lower Royals ski run. Ride the road until just past the top of Palisades Lift; locate the Lower Royals run and look for Emma Jean cutting to the left.

From the top, Emma Jean starts out with a narrow fun side hill then crosses the top of HFNT. A tiny climb to the top of a ridge then provides the only intermediate trail feature, an abrupt drop down to the lower section. The bottom is a fun and flowing track that winds its way through Rabbit Trails, exiting the woods onto the Ladies Aid service road.

To return to the parking lot, turn right and follow the service road down to the lodge. If you are interested in looping back to the top of Emma Jean, turn left on the Ladies Aid Road and climb back to the service road.
