Description

The Lively Loop is a huge doubletrack loop. It isn't super easy because there are punchy climbs and giant rocks embedded into the track. We typically just use the east side of the loop to connect us from Gorman-Windmill Connection to Lemons Ridge Pass. Head west on the loop to explore the western boundary of the park with the Windmill Trail running right through the middle of the loop. Accessing Windmill Trail from the south is done by using Dry Creek Junction. A possible bikepacking option can be explored using the Windmill Backpack Camping Area.
