“A fast and flowy trail connecting the dam with Shelter 14 including some jumps on a fun downhill section.

This trail is the backbone of the West Side Trails at WYCO. The trail is fast and flowy like much of WYCO. There are minimal technical rock features on this trail but there are good climbs, twists, turns and switchbacks.
At the midpoint of the trail is a 20 foot bridge over a deep gully that takes many by surprise as you'll need to turn at a 90-degree angle to enter one side while the other side is more of a straight shot. The longest section of climbing and switchbacks on the trail reward you with a fun descent that has a few progressive style jumps that include ride-arounds for those who don't want to leave the ground and at the bottom of the downhill run is a nice big berm leading you back into a flatter trail section.
