Description

Tarantula starts out as a narrow singletrack cut in the side of a hill, then crosses a fire road into the gnarliest section ever! That final section is the most dangerous part, filled with sharp, sharp switchbacks with lots of deep sand. After that, it runs into Tunnel of Love. This trail is used for the Varsity bonus section in the race course for the NICA SoCal High School Cycling League.
