The trail is a continuous switch between up and downhills parts. The terrain is also quite diverse, with single and doubletracks, a few paved bits, and more rough parts inside the woods (rough because there are sections with wild vegetation).
It's a popular after-work ride for local riders.
Telva Hill is full of unpaved roads and trails, many of which are not signed, therefore I recommend downloading the GPS file if you want to follow this exact route or keeping the MTB Project mobile app
handy. Alternatively, you can take other trail connections in between your ride and reach other points within the hill, which is small anyway so you won't get lost.
