Description

This newly opened trail fits nicely into its surroundings, utilizing the natural contours of the land. Without much elevation change, it flows great and gets especially fun when the grade does point you slightly downhill. It stays mainly under and around the pine trees and in many places zips you in between two adjacent trees. There is little to no tech involved here, just mostly smooth sailing trail.

Fun, easy, flowy loop whose direction changes monthly. This really is a fun one for novices because it isn't rocky, the climbs are minimal (not steep or long) and it just flows so well. You can knock out a loop in no time and then go for another. Given the choice, I probably prefer counter-clockwise because it allows for a sweet, curvy flow at the end (which serves as a very moderate climb to begin the loop in clockwise direction). Most people seem to use this as means of getting to the LH side of Heil, but it is fun for an easy flow in and of itself. 1 day ago
