The upper-end of this trail enters the Lee Metcalf Wilderness which is closed to bikes. Turn around at the boundary.

Description

The same wildflowers and subalpine meadows that make this a great ride also make it popular with hikers. Be prepared to yield to the frequent foot traffic. Riders may choose to complete this as an out-and-back to the Wilderness Boundary, or connect to the North Fork Tie #402 and North Fork Loop in either direction.
