Description

This trail runs from the Bottle Prairie Trailhead in the south to the Knebal Springs Campground trailhead in the north. It can be ridden either way. Because the trail is a little more techy and less flowy than its sister trail, Bottle Prairie Trail #455, it might be favorable to ride up this one when combining the trails for the Knebal Springs Loop.

If riding downhill, expect some small drops, sections with lots of roots and rocks, and towards the bottom, tight and winding trail with lots of blind corners. It's very much intermediate riding, just enough to keep you on your toes.

The trail crosses several forest roads and has some very short sections of doubletrack, but the trail is also signed extremely well with new, easy-to-follow signs. It's hard to get lost.

Either trailhead requires a $5 parking fee or a recreation pass, so be mindful of that.
