Overview

A loop route to and from the Turnova koča hut outside of Prešnica.

Description

The trail starts in the village of Prešnica where you can park a car near the end point of the Slavnik Forest Path. Then return towards Kozina until the intersection for Kozina and Koper (under a highway viaduct), where you'll turn right heading uphill on Forest Road. Follow the signs to Slavnik.

For the descent, follow the walking signs to Prešnica on the Slavnik Forest Path.

Be careful in the last section when crossing the railway.
