Description

This is the second part of the Rim Nordic's steepest climb and is rough during any race events!

The trail starts with a rolling section with some rocks to hop over and a slick washed out spot. Then it hits the climbing hard with some steep switchbacks up through the trees. At the top of the switchbacks, it levels out before the final hill...

Get ready for a steep, almost vertical, sometimes sandy grade that climbs straight up into some dark trees. Once you make the top, you've just completed the steepest and gnarliest climb Rim Nordic has to offer!

Upper Eastside ends at Across The Top which takes riders for a much more level ride.
