Description

The entrance from Tisdale Rd. into the woods has a small hill with roots. Just past that is a small drop into a short rock garden then an incline up and around a tree that tends to be far more challenging than it first appears.

From there, the rest of the way to Ridge Trail is scattered with some tight squeezes (for those with wide handlebars), some rocks, roots, and a steady easy climb. The last part of the climb, where this trail splits off from the Granite Hills Trail (Lower Loop), is a bit steeper and tends to leave me winded.
