Description

The Doctor runs on DoC (Department of Conservation) land from the Spicer Botanical Park up to the top of Tumeke and Crash Palace.

The Doctor weaves its way through regenerating native forest thanks to an effort with the funds from the Outdoor Recreation Consortium, which helped Mana Cycle Group to fell wilding pines for DoC and replace the damaged walking trail with a suitable multi-use trail that is now The Doctor.
