This forest road gives access to some viewpoints featuring amazing views of the Ligurian Sea on the Italian coast. It forms part of the I Ponti Romani (Roman Bridges) connecting several singletrack sections.

It's not technically difficult, the climb is gradual and the descent a little steeper. There are a lot of intersecting forest roads and trails that intersect this forest road and there aren't really any trail markers so it is a good idea to have a GPX file or use the MTB Project mobile app.

If you are doing this trail, it is worthwhile to take the spur trails to the Bric dei Monti and Pra Antonio which offer excellent views of the Ligurian coast and mountains, respectively. The turn for these trails occurs at about the one-mile mark.
