A tightly packed singletrack with roots being the technical aspect.

David Duke

Overview

Family Friendly: Plenty of bail out spots to a paved and gravel multi-use path.
Dogs: Leashed

Description

This trail is tightly packed which makes the best possible use of the area. These trails are in a county park surrounded by neighborhoods.

The trail drains well and has a fair amount of roots. It is not too hilly. The trails are tight and twisting. The trail is divided into sections A-F with a change coming every time you cross a path.

The park map can be found here: co.frederick.va.us/home/sho...

Section F towards the end has a split. Take the right fork for a bit more trail. Go left to get back to Landgrant Ln. This way is a bit quicker.
