Rough Fork is a remote route in the Walla Walla trail area and is a steady and consistent climb above the Sheep Creek drainage. It connects with the South Fork Walla Walla Trail on the lower end.
It's slightly less technical and steep than Burnt Cabin. The route has several switchbacks characterized by long traverses that stretch across the hill. Although there a few rocky sections, the trail is very rideable.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
