“A fast singletrack winding through the creek flood plain.”

Family Friendly: Denman's is a great place for young and new riders to learn singletrack. It's also good for hiking and trail running.
Denman's Woods exists off the levee with two entrances. There are some small obstacles such as roots and logs. It's a good place for young and inexperienced riders to learn how to ride on singletrack.
It's relatively flat and the obstacles are easily walked around or over. Many of them have b-lines.
Some spots are sandy, especially depending on past flooding, but most of the trail is dirt singletrack and it can be ridden in either direction.
