Description

Once you're at the Boy Scout Kiosk at the top of Rancho La Costa Reserve, head to the south in the direction of Horned Lizard then follow the signs at the split for Whiptail Loop.

Add it in with Horned Lizard and Switchbacks, and it's a good 8.3-mile loop. NASCAR is also in there as well, which is a steep, advanced singletrack. Horned Lizard and Whiptail Loop are good for intermediate to beginner riders.

Watch out for snakes!
