Description

Roaring Run Trail is a nice, wide, rail-trail running along the Kiski River. It starts at the Kiski Ave Trailhead in Apollo and runs to High St in the Village of Edmon.

At the Apollo trailhead, you can find a pavilion, restrooms, and parking. There are several trail access points along this trail. You can also connect to another trail, the Rock Furnace Trail, about 1/2 way.

The section towards Edmon becomes a bit steeper of a grade and has some switchbacks to change elevation.
