Dry, Some Mud - Pine needles and fallen leaves obscure a lot of the roots and most of the trail making going difficult on the trail. Some off camber fallen trees on the South loop are pretty thick and difficult to hop unless you're seriously skilled. History

Overview

Trails closed when wet. There is a $6.00 per vehicle (including bikes if you ride in) charge to enter the Beaverdam Recreation facility during certain dates.

You must enter the trails from the trail entrance within the park. Entering the trails from anywhere else is illegal.

Alcoholic beverages are PROHIBITED.

Trails are to be ridden in one direction as signed unless otherwise marked.

Family Friendly: Easy beginner trail.

Description

This is the easiest place to start at Beaver Dam State Recreation Area. Follow the well-marked trail toward the Inner and Outer Loop by the information board. There are no significant obstacles on the trail and no big ascents or descents. If you feel good on this trail, try the Outer Loop.
