Family Friendly Flat rail trail.

Description

This rail trail will eventually reach 50 miles, but for now it goes from Stafford Road to the Conowingo Dam parking area. There is a lot of natural scenery to be taken in here, plus an old flint furnace near Stafford Rd.

The trail used to be part of a railroad line, which makes the grade flat. Additionally, the wide trail surface and lack of obstacles make this an easy trail for riders of all ability levels.
