Description

This trail is best ridden downhill, as there is a short and somewhat steep section on the lower half. Near the bottom, there is an option for a log pile or hip jump feature. At the second switchback, look for the IMBA - Roller Coaster Connector, which splits off heading to Roller Coaster.

The Horse Trough can be easily missed due to foliage overgrowth. It is at the boundary of a former golf course bridle trail (until 1963), and the location where evidence was found in an August 15, 1979 crime before the development of public-access trails.
