Description

This is a great flow trail on the south end of Cedar City. Access this downhill trail by riding the uphill trail, Lichen It, that takes you to the start of Lava Flow. The Lava Flow trail is a wide, machine-built, flow trail with many optional drops and jumps. Use the high berms to help maintain speed, and be on the lookout for all the optional lines.

Very technical. There are rock gardens that pop out of nowhere. It's also very steep 1.8mi

A 2.5 mile connector trail to the Lava Flow / Lichen It transition to Green's Lake Road was finished November 2016. This summer the connector trail will continue to the C Trail. We are just waiting for it to stop snowing on the mountain. Apr 7, 2017
