“A fire road that connects the Victory parking lot to Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Trail.”— Doron Weinstein
Electric Mountain Bikes Unknown
The fire road is mostly in good shape, with some ruts in the middle of it that usually break down during the summer. There is not too much elevation gain/loss on this trail, but it does provide access to some other trails in the area.
The fire road runs along the headwaters (if you can call a dry creek bed "headwaters") of Las Virgenes Creek that runs through Malibu State Park and eventually leads to the ocean.
The best seasons to ride this trail are during the winter and spring, since summers and falls are way too warm and the lack of tree cover does not help.
During the spring time, the entire park is green, and if you ride it during the evening you'll experience some beautiful sunsets.
