Features -none-

Description

This trail connects two entrances to Umstead State Park, from the Ebenezer Church Road Bridge gate in the southeastern part of the park to the intersection of Reedy Creek Road and Trenton Road gate on the southern side of the park. There is parking at the Ebenezer Church Road Bridge gate, but not at the Reedy Creek Road and Trenton Road gate.

To access the trail, start at the parking lot at the Ebenezer Church Road entrance (5407 Ebenezer Church Road). The park generally is open only during daylight hours, but parking at this entrance is available even after official park hours. Travel down a spur trail from the parking lot to reach the main part of South Turkey Creek Multiuse Trail and turn left. It is about 1-3/4 miles to the Reedy Creek Road/Trenton Road intersection gate where you can connect to the Reedy Creek Multiuse Trail.
