The Post Canyon Recreation Area is a multi-use trail network formed of Hood River County property and a patchwork of State Park, USDA Forest Service, and private land. The area is also an ongoing tree farm operation, so be aware of potential closures. Expect traffic in both directions and yield to hikers and equestrian riders.

Description

Ribbons of flowing singletrack lead along a thinned tree line for smooth rolling fun. There's very little in the way of tech, so riders can focus on turns, berms, and speed. Watch out for the occasional blown corner, especially as the trail exits the trees as it heads toward Basswood (130).
