Description

Parking lot just up from Timon Campground. A nice 6 mile loop with a really fun descent. This great singletrack. In the counterclockwise direction, the trail follows a beautiful trail through a meadow before climbing into the woods. The trail continues climbing while following a draw before reaching the high point in an old burn area that is re-establishing. The decent takes you through more meadow areas that, in early August were filled with wildflowers! The trail enters the woods along another draw and a short screamer down the only bit of doubletrack on the whole trail. The tread then crosses the dirt road and climbs as singletrack follows the road, crossing it once more on its way back to the trailhead.

Beautiful intermediate smooth trail. We rode it counter clockwise. 1st mile is flat following the stream, then you begin climbing. Nothing technical. 5.8mi
