Description

The Triunfo Canyon Trail climbs abruptly out of the parking lot toward the foothills of the Los Padres and Conejo Open Spaces. With dry, loose rock underneath, the climb can be tricky to navigate. At just under a mile, this makes for a great warm-up before connecting onto the Conejo Crest Trail or the Los Robles Trail for even more access to the east and west. About two-thirds of the way up at the crest of the hill approach, look for the Triunfo Canyon Trail - Brookview Trail Connector to hop on to the Brookview Trail for a faster connection to the Conejo Crest Trail.

As of 09/14/16, the central black downhill section listed here is pretty overgrown with stiff brush. The trail is rideable but you will get scratched quite a bit. Make sure you have eyeware on to protect your eyes. Sep 15, 2016
