The trail entrance is located off of a gravel access road and right across from the Grassy Knoll trail end. It is mostly flowy singletrack with the introduction of some small roots that even a beginner can handle and offers some very basic practice for what will come later if you choose to continue around the quarry. There are no other trail intersections so it is easy to stay on course.
Toward the end of the trail, you'll start a mild ascent and finished up on nice bluff overlooking the Ketam Quarry on the far west end. There is a shade covered benches here where many riders often wait before trekking right into the jungle (north side) of the Ketam Bike Park. There is a well laid out and labeled sign that suggest first timers check out to familiarize yourself. The remaining trails are very well laid out and all feed one direction, back to the beginning (east) side of bike park.
